Virtual Tours
Virtual tours are now the standard in online real estate marketing. Motivated sellers ask for them and savvy buyers expect them. A virtual tours is a collection of panoramic images in and around a property that gives the viewer a sense of being there. The image is seamlessly stitched together and scrolls sideways on the screen - or as we call it, spins. It's like standing in a room and rotating around in one spot. Each tour will open up in it's own window on your web browser, complete with MLS information, Realtor information including your photo, and agency logo, all linking to the appropriate destination. Free music plays in the background and a narration can be added for a slight fee. Additionally, there are social media links on the bottom to help increase your property's exposure virally
Now you can make finding your virtual tours even simpler with an easy to remember and easy to use web site address. For example, if your property address is 123 Any Street, then you can have 123AnyStreet.com to get viewers directly to the virtual tour. From there, they can easily find a gallery of all your current virtual tours or go straight to your own web site.
